This trail mostly follows the bank of the outlet lake. The trail is mostly chat rock and a little concrete. There are some nature trails that venture into the woods. These trails are dirt, root, and some rocky areas. You will cross some wood plank bridges along the way to make things fun .
Starting from KS 75 and I 35, also known as Beto Junction, head north on KS 75 to HWY 31. This is the Melvern exit. Head west and turn right on the first road. Follow this road till it ends at a cross road. Turn right and this will take you into the Outlet Park. There is many parking lots and you can access the trail from anywhere. If you park at the first south lot you will cross the Long Creek Historical Bridge. This will give you the longest rout.
